Wedding Pricing

Pricing for weddings is dependant on seasonality and numbers of guests. Wedding bookings are available for a minimum of three nights over weekends and a minimum of a one night stay midweek during off-season periods. Prices include accommodation at the house itself plus private and exclusive use of the land for your ceremony and celebration. The additional fees go towards the extra work in ensuring that the grounds are prepared for your event, wear and tear on the land and for the change in insurance. Prices do not include marquee/awning hire, caterers, additional furniture hire, portable WC's (for weddings over 60) or registrar fees.

You can hold your legal wedding ceremony at Upwey House in the drawing room, under our gazebo or loggia, or in the woodland by the stream. Dogs are welcome to attend, after all they are members of the family - we have had four-legged ring bearers in the past! Dogs are charged at £50/dog with a limit of 3 dogs per stay. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a viewing using the contact form below. Ensuring that you have the perfect venue is essential which is why we are very happy for potential couples to come and view the house twice. Subsequent viewings where the house manager needs to be present are entirely possible and chargeable at £40 per time.
